It is officially March of 2023! I cannot believe how fast time has flown by, especially in the past three years. May 2022 was the last time I sent an email to all of you. Since May I have been through multiple seasons of life. It has been an incredibly tumultuous ride, and there is much to share about all of the lessons, suffering, and growth that occurred. In February, life allowed me to settle and once again the Earth is beneath my feet. This gift of being grounded and no longer living in crisis mode has allowed me to redirect my energy and focus on my passion, which is being here with all of you.
I always struggled with the concept of INNER DIALOGUE, something was missing… it didn’t feel like I was sharing all of myself. I was presenting a “curated” version of yogic teachings and life lessons that I have learned. Rituals, mysticism, astrology, the moon cycle, psychic development, and witchy things are a part of my daily life. If you know me on a personal level, you know how these things truly light me up! We probably have gone to “church” together aka Spellbound Sky, and have had long conversations about the esoteric world, pulled cards, shared sacred space, exchanged flower essences experiences, talked herbs and other holistic practices, and most definitely shared all of the psychic and kismet moments of our day. Art and design are also incredibly important to my soul, they not only feed my Venus in Taurus placement, but they convey feelings and emotions that I am unable to articulate with words.
I have decided to share all of the things that make me glow from the inside because for me that is an integral part of my journey of self-love and healing. I will be incorporating them here along with yogic principles, meditations, and journal prompts to help us all with our journey of self-love. This feels whole, this feels authentic to me. This is the Second Bloom.

I am excited to have been guided to the Substack platform. My ADHD brain cannot wait to dive into all of the various ways I can communicate with you. That was something I struggled with in the past when creating newsletters. I love that there are video and audio features and various tabs leading you to all of my interests hosted in one space. Please expect me to experiment with all of the features here in Substack. 😆
I invite you all to stay in the community. Let us collaborate and grow together. For the first time in a very long time, I am truly excited about what the future holds. Thank you for being here ❤️✨
